I have had rosacea for years and tried lots of different medicines. The doctor prescribed their ointments and it looks TONS better. I went from wanting to wear a veil to being fine with going some places without makeup. Wait time is a little long (but most dermatologists are)

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

They couldn't diagnose me correctly. Their policy is to NOT do scrapings, so they refused to scrape me. The biopsy they did and sent to the lab was worthless, Total of $500 at her office and the lab outside their office and I got no results. I wouldn't go there again.

The only thing I have ever noticed with this office was the waiting time seemed very long. I still see this doctor because she understands my skin and how sensitive it is. She's worth the waiting time to see her, however sometimes I get right in and others times I've waited up to an hour to see her. She's been one of the few doctors to really help my skin issues and was passionate about helping me.
