Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.
