After getting routine cleaning, I was advised that a deep cleaning procedure was required later after Insurance approval. At my follow up visit I was given a print out that showed that my insurance did not cover the procedure. I could not afford the procedure and cancelled on site. A couple months later, I got a bill for cancelling the appointment as a "no show", even though I showed up but would not receive a service that I could not pay out of pocket. Given that my appointment was given within less than 24 hours of appointment, cancellation notice of 24 hours was mute. I am filing complaints everywhere I can, plus suing for dropping my kids who had nothing to do with my appointment which they should have advised before the appointment that insurance would not cover the procedure. The company definitely does not see the tree for the forest, now they lose 3 customers plus whomever heeds to my warning here. Payne and Payne DDS PLC is not a smart business, the back dental employees are great, the front business policy is warp minded.

Great and friendly staff! Every time I go in there they all make me feel so welcomed. They definitely know what they're doing. Dr. Kevin and Melissa are very well trained and great dentists. Definitely would recommend them!

I have been going to this dentist for 7 years. When I first started going they were great. They really seemed to care about you. Now they just seem to care about the money you are paying them. The office staff openly talks about other patients. They discuss both their medical issues (HIPPA Violation!) and about the way people look and are dressed. They are not professional. Very disappointed!

The staff was very polite and understanding of the Dr's. unprofessional, patronizing rude manner and did not blink an eye when I stated I would not be returning to this office ever. I am not going to pay someone to be rude. Very unprofessional. Wants your money & doesn't care about the quality of his work.
