It is easy to get an appointment and they will do their best to squeeze you in if you are ill. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Rheaume is generally a great listener and very calm. She isn't afraid to tackle complex medical issues. Although, since becoming a "patient centered" provider, she seems to refer you out for everything and this is frustrating (i.e. see a dermatologist for dandruff, see a rheaumatologist for joint pain).

The staff is quite rude at times and it seemed like they talked down to me. The office is great and helpful, until you need extra help outside of their office. As long as you are only looking to visit the office and not obtain a referral, this doctor is good.

Dr. Rheaume is a very caring and thorough doctor. She and her staff paid close attention to me and all of my health issues were dealt with. They were very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would recommend this doctor to friends and family.

I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay.
