My Husband & I both see Dr. Izzo and are over joyed that we have found such a wonderful Doctor and person in Dr. Izzo. He & his entire staff, from the front desk, to the staff on the phones are very personably. It is rare to find the whole package theses days but we feel we've hit the jackpot with this office. The complex care that each of us needs have been exceptional. Dr. Izzo stays current on the ever changing medical field and leads by example to offer a feeling of comfort & trust when visiting him and his team.

I love Dr. Izzo, he's such a great doctor. He is so attentive and patient.

The only thing I don't care for is his front desk staff. They aren't terribly friendly. I've also checked in before and they have forgotten to "tag" me to let Dr. Izzo know I was there. After waiting nearly an hour in the waiting room, I went to ask if they had forgotten about me, which indeed they did. That is my only complaint, the waiting time. Once you're back in the room, Dr. Izzo is usually in there within 15 minutes or so. And again, I can't say enough about how amazing he is!

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. The office was easy enough to find. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner.
