Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

The staff are friendly, but Dr. Smith doesn't seem to listen to my concerns or care about my problems. My husband doesn't mind his poor bedside manner, but it made me uncomfortable.
