Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I'm sensitive to the cold and so was pleased to find Dr. Zager's office to be comfortable.

I was also very pleased with the demeanor of Dr. Zager. He is experienced and skilled; and concerned about me as an individual. I especially appreciated that he was frank and direct with his advice and allowed me amble opportunity to make the decisions about my dental procedures. He told me what he recommended, what the cost would be and the potential outcomes of the choices I had.

What was most important to me is that he always seems genuinely concerned about the quality of his work; he takes pride in his abilities and skills. This is important because it infers to me that he is doing what he believes is right as opposed to doing what is lucrative.

Integrity will sustain a business, swindling will not.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Never, they are very reliable.
