Their staff is very friendly and professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Generally I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are though they have ready access to my records and we review these for accuracy. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious and that Dr. typically has a medical student with her is a testiment to her qualifications as well. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Most always I receive answers to my simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Dr. is careful not to recommend testing that is unnecessary which helps with my insurance. She is very thorough when I see her, receptive to my questions and takes the time necessary to answer them to my satisfaction. My children have also had a positive experience with Dr. Jarema and her staff.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
