They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

I do have a complaint about this office. They have called my home twice while I was at work and asked me to call. I called back the first time and was asked to go on hold immediately which I allowed. I held for five minutes and hung up. I didn't make any attempts to call back again and they called a second time while I was at work. They asked my wife if I got the message(she didn't know that I had already called back once). So I called again. Same routine and I hung up after being on hold for five minutes. Sounds like they need a new system for handling phone calls.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
