They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
