I just had the worst experience with Dr. Mesh. I set up an appointment for a "free, no pressure" orthodontic consult. My appointment was at 9am, and they asked me to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 8:45, the doors were locked, and remained locked until 9:08. I finally saw their ortho, and after he was done, Dr. Mesh came in to talk to me about my options. Now, I have gone to a few orthodontists to get opinions, and none of them had told me that "braces are the only option, and you have to get them immediately!", which is what Dr. Mesh seemed to think. He was VERY pushy about me getting x-rays and impressions today, even though I told him I didn't want to make any decisions until after I spoke with my husband. He then went on a rant about how I'm an adult and don't need to talk to my husband, because I contribute financially to my household and I make my own decisions, which was super weird. After I was adamant that I would NOT be getting impressions today, he got upset and had me follow him to the front desk, where they STILL tried to set up a time for me to come in and get braces. I will be doing ortho work, but it will be at a different office. I just don't trust this man.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished,
i started to go their office because the location and business hours but i should of do more research about this office ... i did not have any cavity ( my prior dentis xray shows ) all the sudden i have four very deep cavitity.they claimed they did four filling in one appointment that took 45 minutes . That wasn't enough I got a bill in the mail they are charging twice is more than any dentist in the area . I went back to my dentist I told him what happened he wanted to see x rays . I went numerous times to get the X-rays they refuse to give in email or o. On a disk only on a piece of paper . My original dentist called them to get the X-rays but still the answers was no. They are scam big time after affect I found out I wasn't to only one they did that. No wonder why they have no problem scheduling what ever time and day you would like. Never ever again.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
