I called for a physical. Got there and didn't even get to see Dr. Tim. Saw the PA. The nurse/medical assistant took my vitals and blood. The PA came in and listened to my lungs, heart, etc and asked questions as she was typing into her laptop. Then I was told I would need to make an appointment for my female exam....they only do them on Tuesday and Thursday. Well this was a Tuesday and I called and asked for a physical and I even told the receptionist (Paula) that I didn't have a co-pay because it was a wellness exam. Then today I get a thing from my insurance where they turned it in as an office visit and I owe a co-pay, But I still have an appointment in a couple of weeks to finish it off. So are they trying to screw the insurance company out of another visit? They did the same thing to my husband in January, but the did call him before his first appointment and tell him he would have to come in before his appointment to get his vitals because he hadn't been there in 4 yrs ( I still have the message on my answering machine where she said VITALS), The reason for that is because he had prostrate cancer which he was referred from this office to a urolgist. He went to the surgeon for 4 years for his follow up visits. Don't they forward the records to your primary care physican? So my husband said screw it. Looked like they were just trying to get more money out of the insurance company and I did call the ins. company and they agreed. He needed the physical for his CDL license and so he said forget it and now he can't renew his CDL license. I have absolutely no complaints about Dr. Tim. He is knowlegable, kind, and very understanding, but the rest of the staff.... well, I have no respect for them. I have good insurance and I feel they are trying to get more from ins. at our expense. $30 isn't much, but it is the prinicple. Dr. Tim would never do anything like this. I will cancel my next appt and go another how many years without a full physical. Why? Because I don't like dishonesty. I am not dishonest and you would think your drs. office wouldn't be. You depend on them for your health...your life... but if you then they are dishonest....how can you trust them with your life?

Never, they are very reliable.

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better
