Dr. Gray has been my Physician for over 25 years! I have no complaints ever. It takes me 45 minutes to drive from my home to her office and well worth the trip. She is thorough and I never feel rushed. Sometimes I bring a list of questions regarding health issues and she takes her time answering each question. If I have to wait a bit in the exam room, that's okay. I know she is helping someone else who needs her.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I had a great experience here and will most definitely refer them to others in need of an internist. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else. Dr. Gray was not easy to talk with. She was not very personable and did not offer any real solutions to my questions.

For my first appointment as a new patient the staff did not confirm that I had the right address and the one off my insurance company's website was out of date. I went to the wrong building and had to call for directions. When I finally arrived they told me that my appointment had been booked for the day before although I know that I wrote it down correctly and they did not call when I "missed" my appointment. I was not able to get seen until the next day. For my "2nd" appointment I went in only to learn that they could not confirm my benefits although I had a letter from my new employer stating I was covered starting Jan. 1 and was again sent away. For my "3rd" appointment I was being seen for a severe case of bronchitis and felt rushed through the appointment, they also lost the forms I'd filled out already and I had to do it again with a 102 degree fever!!!

I'm giving them one more chance tomorrow to redeem themselves. The practice is located very close to my new office, not too far from home, and participates with my insurance and the hospital I prefer. It would be great if they could step it up a notch and make me a happy customer because I don't want to go through the whole new patient process again elsewhere :(

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
