They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Instead of examining my teeth thoroughly like they were supposed to, they only examined them for a few seconds. They should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not really, my back hurt after my procedure
