I was new to the area and choose Dr Mahany based on reviews of DO doctors in the greater Lansing area. I have never waited long after I arrived for my appointments. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and about the future. The office staff were friendly and gracious with each appointment. They made me feel at home.

My primary Dr is Mahany but I have seen Dr Switzer on occasion also. They are both very friendly and kind. They take the time to talk to you to find out exactly what is wrong. Staff is also very efficient and friendly and you do feel there is much mutual respect all around. They will always try to fit in an emergency appointment when needed and the phones are always answered quickly. If a message is left, they will return as soon as possible. I have never waited what I felt was too long in the office to see the doctor.
