They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I think Dr Schalm is the best!
