Excellent dentist that knows so much more than the average dentist. He has extensive knowledge in dentistry ,infections & neurological effects from these infections. He also has extensive knowledge of medications. Best dentist I ever went to. I never met such an informed doctor that spends so much time with his patients. He does not place mercury fillings & he has a filter that doesn't pollute our waters with high levels of mercury. You definitely are not just a number in this office.Extremely gentle too. You can even call the office & the dentist will talk to you, not just pass the buck to his office help.His wife is his dental hygienist & she provided me with the most gentle cleaning I have ever had. She is so nice & caring too. This office is 21st century high tech meets old fashioned patient care.Perfection!

Dr. Schalm is a very caring dentist, and wants the patient to have the best experience possible. His knowledge is completely up-to-date on practices and technology available in general dentistry, and more... he found a pre-cancerous mass on my husband's neck during his examination, and urged him to have it checked immediately. As a result, it got removed before it became a problem. (The surgeon said, "Your DENTIST found this? Wow--he's good!") Dr. Schalm has a great sense of humor, too, which can help a lot! They can take and develop x-rays right in the office and during the visit, so they can quickly respond appropriately to whatever they may see. Videos can be watched while being worked upon to relax the patient with pleasant, calming images. Staff appear to enjoy working there with him. There's access to a 24-hour answering service, and they really try to get me in the next day if I'm having an emergency. My overall experience with this provider would rank them as the best I've been to.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind

Absolutely the best Dentist around. We have been going to this office for years and love the service, professionalism and expert care we receive. Dr. Frank cares about each and every one of his patients and does only top quality dentistry. We will be lifelong customers.
