Dr. Dan and Kyle always gone above and beyond to help us with anything we need. They never complain and we know we can always count on them. When we leave our appointments, our mouths feel cleaner than they ever felt. They do such a fantastic job. When we arrived for our appointment the friendly staff always greets us by name and make you feel welcome. Staff are willing to help out with any billing or scheduling situation without you feeling you are bothering them.. I have always been very impressed with Dr. Kyle and Dan's knowledge and skill as well as that of their staff. They always go above and beyond to make sure we understand every single detail about our dental procedures or explain it to someone else if need be. We have always able to get all our questions answered, and we are never nervous about starting any procedure. They would never suggest that we buy something that wasn't necessary, and they will never pressured you. Dr. Dan and Kyle have always been very considerate and professional. Both Dr. Kyle and Dan have gone out of their way to be sure whatever our dental needs are will be address as soon as possible. They have always made same day appointments when special situation arises. They do not hesitate in making appointments with other specialist when the need arises. They are excellent at keeping other doctors informed with the treatment they are doing and sharing concerns with the progress on are making. We can not say enough good things about them. They have ALWAYS provided excellent services for us since the day they started working in Mason.

A thing I've always had with dentists has been when it comes down to examining my teeth. Yes, I know I can take better care of my teeth, etc. However, I wasn't berated and they supplied me with information on ways to help lower (at the time) my outrageous soda consumption. The office environment is quite relaxing, clean. The staff is polite and courteous. This office is not like the dread you'd feel, when you call and make an appointment elsewhere...and then go in. I know some places have a chemical smell (bleach or other chemicals). I did not encounter any of that here. There was no pressure, no berating, no humiliation...just honest work and people.

I recommend this dental office.

It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.
