One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.

I have been to other dentist and I could not recommend Blue Spruce highly enough. I love the atmosphere and the professionalism that the front office people give. Dr. Timm has such a caring chair side personality, he goes out of his way to make sure your comfortable. It's obvious he cares for each of his patients. the assistance are also nice to work with. Thank You Blue Spruce for making my visit comfortable and working with me financially.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. But I hate needles and that will never change.
