i have been seeing this dentist for more than 3 years now. they are very thorough and they also have A LOT of toys in the waiting area that my 3 year old son finds immediately. he actually gets upset when he leaves because he likes it there so much, and the fish tank...... he loves that too. definitely a great family friendly place.

This is a doctor who is honest and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. My old dentist told me I needed $15,000 worth of work in my mouth. I saw Dr. Atwater for a second opinion since my dentist told me that my teeth were rotting under all of my crowns and for every root canal I needed, I also needed a crown. Dr. Atwater never spoke a bad word about my dentist, but told me what I needed to have done and as it turned out, I did not need a crown for every root canal, nor did I need $15,000 (or anything close to that) in dental work. He has integrity and is easy to talk to, he has time for his patients to explain what is going on, and not only do I go back, but I have recommended many friends to him.

He likes to mess up your teeth just so you have to go back in and pay out of your pocket to have it re-done. Takes 4 times longer to have any service done to your teeth. I had a crown put in and it's not the same color or size. Crowns are suppose to last 8+ years and mine did not make it 5. Due to the fact crowns are suppose to last my insurance will not cover it until over 5yrs and when I tried to talk to the doctor about having it re-done he wouldn't see me. I am not the only person to have this problem. He purposely screws up and then refuses to fix it at his cost. But he sems to have more then enough money to fly all over and ski every other weekend. Maybe he should be more worried about his career and less about seeing the world
