They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
