I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.
