Initially I thought Dr Goodman & his wife were good Orthodontists, I even signed up with them right away vs shopping around. All was well until they merged with Great Expressions, although Dr Goodman was still there, I never saw Mrs Goodman and all other original staff members were switched out to Great Expressions rude, unprofessional, incompetent crew. The quality of care declined, my sons braces were removed too early imo, I was told the retainer would correct the issue but it hasn't 2years later, and I am not happy with the results. The staff was so horrible that they would break brackets during adjustments and have to reglue them, before we could even get home those brackets would fall off. I now have to take my son to a new ortho to get the proper results. Merging with Great Expressions was the worst decision the Goodmans made!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They only had metal braces available, I wouldn't go here if you need Invisalign or tooth-colored braces because they don't offer those.

The accessibility of the office I considered poor because of their hours, it is not accommodating to the majority of their clients, children. Only open 3-4 days a week, they only offer one late day 6pm, other days until 5pm, and only until 4 pm on Thursdays and closed on Friday. If you mind taking time off of work, and pulling your kid out of school every month to six weeks this would not work. Quite a few of certain types of appointments were required to be before 2pm, which also made scheduling difficult. The quality of care is good and the facility is adequate, but as a consumer of such a high cost medical service I expect that and accommodating hours. I would not recommend or refer this orthodontist office.
