They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office atmosphere is professional and the staff are friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. Dr. Kosnic takes time to talk with me and answers all of my questions. The customer service is excellent. They are always ready for my appointment. They take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
