Both of my experiences with Dr. Jeakle had me in tears and in pain. During the transvaginal ultrasound he jerked the wand around, was far from gentle, and didn't seem to care that I was in pain. During the second pelvic exam, he forced an over-large, nearly dry speculum into my vagina and when I cried out in pain and tried to back away, said, "I can't do this if you don't relax your muscles. Relax your muscles," as if I was inconveniencing him. That exam caused me to bleed afterward.

I don't understand Maria's comments. I have been going to Dr. Jeakle for 15 years. He delivered two of my children. He is extremely attentive and informative, and never leaves me feeling apprehensive about anything. He also makes talking to him very easy, and he answers all of my questions. In fact, he doesn't leave the room without asking if I have any more questions or concerns. I would recommend this doctor without reservation.

I didn't like this Doctor what so ever, as a first time mom, I wanted my questions answered and he didn't any of my questions.. All he would say is that "We will see" or "at that time we will talk about it"

Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

My friend has had two babies with the help of Dr. Jeakle. She was so excited when I switched to him for my third baby. I'm only about half way through my pregnancy, but so far all is great! His nurse, Amy, is wonderful also--very helpful and understanding.
