Love my hygienist, however, stopped going here because the confirming of an appointment is such a hassle... get a post card to confirm call and confirm get a text to confirm text back confirm... get 5 phone calls from the office to confirm... get 4 more calls from the hygienist herself to confirm... at what point does someone document that I have already confirmed my appointment several times???
