They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
I have been a patient of Dr Socarda for yrs and had put my trust in him until he performed a root canal. I had visited his office over and over again...had questioned him about an abscess/ puss pocket near the root canal molar he had done work on. He would always say that the abscess was due to eating hot food. Something just didn't make sense, so I changed dentists. Come to find out Dr Socarda root canal was done improper which led to a major infection at the root of my molar. The infection was due to a short root canal post. I was so frustrated bc Dr Socarda constantly told me a bunch of phony hot food explanations. When I called to request copies of my old xrays he seemed so nervous and questioned me why I needed them. Oh and the xrays he sent me were all dark and cloudy, seemed as though he altered them on purpose. when i initially confronted him he said that he would pay for the majority of the surgery to repair the root canal...but the infection spread into my bone structure...so now I had to get a bone structure then months later a dental implant. Few days later Dr Socarda told me that he will no longer pay for the damages he's done. I'm shocked bc this man doesn't seem to have a conscience!!! He does a ton to radio marketing on romanian radio stations but I hope more people come worth and talk about his poor workmanship. The truth always comes out.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
