I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. This Doctor lacks in the follow up area... I've had problems with my knee but he doesn't take the time to listen, I feel as thought he simply doesn't want to hear it... I was confident in the surgery he performed, its just the follow up care is lacking greatly
