He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it.

Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
