Dr. Wiaduck is a very competent psychiatrist. He has an excellent knowledge of the various medications available. He stays current with new developments. He spends more than enough time on appointments. I am very pleased to have him as my doctor. The only negative is that he does not accept some insurance plans and the staff can be difficult. I most highly recommend him.
I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only are they always on time for my appointments, I've even shown up early and they were still ready to see me. They've always been great about getting back to me very quickly after I call. It's never taken them more than a day to call me back. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
Jim Wiaduck is a very knowledgeable and helpful provider. He has an excellent mastery of the various medications available to treat mood disorders. I consider him a very fine doctor. There are some negatives. He takes only limited insurance plans so you may wind up with no coverage and have to pay your own bill. His staff is also sometimes rude if not downright nasty. They will threaten to cancel your appointment (that you need to get medication) if you do not pay your bill (that they will not send to your insurance company). If you can put up with the nuisance of his staff, he is well worth the trouble.
