Straight forward, honest dental care. They did exactly what they said they'd do. They gave me a written quote with how much my insurance would pay and how much I was needing to pay for a future procedure that I could elect to do. The costs were very accurate and I was able to make the decision. The procedure was done as described and worked out perfectly. As Dr. Binstock stated, " it would feel as smooth as butter!" , and it does.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. HOWEVER - they have NO payment plan - you have to take out a medical charage card with Wells Fargo or pay cash, which isn't possible for us. Not very helpful for the average patient!!!
