They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They were kind of polite, but I wasn't very impressed and wish they had been a little friendlier. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
