Parents should really take a good look in the area and research for more parent friendly office staff. The doctors and nurses are trained and very compassionate, although front office could be more accepting and better trained on handling individual needs. Be aware of policies and other fine print, this office doesn't meet expectations when you need it most. You CANNOT make an appointment for your sick child ahead of time, you must call early am the same day and MAYBE you can get in. This system isn't convenient for busy home or working parents. Once you have an appointment, Be pre-paired, for long wait time.

I didn't have a very good experience with this practice. After waiting an hour to see a Dr., she didn't address our concerns that were discussed at a previous visit with a different doctor. When I asked to schedule another appointment with a Dr. we had seen before, they wouldn't schedule anything because we had to see every doctor to make us "feel more comfortable if one wasn't available." I get it - but I asked to make another appointment when that Dr. the I wanted was available! As a result, we're going to a new practice with doctors that will address any concerns we have.

The office staff is HORRIBLE and RUDE- they act like they are the doctors and try to handle things before you even see the doctor. I have had issue after the issue the doctors say one thing and the office staff say another. They went 4 months treating my daughter for something she didn't have with antibiotics she didn't need. It's a unorganized, poorly run office. DO NOT take your children there- I felt like they thought I had no clue what I was doing as a parent. I would advise you too look elsewhere- PLEASE. Don't let this horrible office see your babies. The office staff alone is the first problem- then all the doctors all say something different and you never know what the right thing to do is. I BEG YOU DON'T GO HERE

Every time I go they make me wait over an hour and a half with a two year old. Wellness checks are okay but they rarely acurately diagnose my daughter on the first visit. I feel stressed and exhausted by the time I leave the office. I am switching doctors.
