Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.
