It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment?
Not at all, it felt dirtier than it did when I arrived
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone
Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you?
Absolutely not. I even asked for an explanation and was ignored
