I sword of going to dentists after a very bad experience 12 years ago but decided it was time to go back and actually get my teeth looked at. Dr. Betterman was fantastic, totally made me feel at ease and talked me through everything he was doing. The dental assistant was also great at calming me down. In fact, during my deep cleaning he allowed me to listen to music! He's pretty awesome,and I could not recommend a better dentist at all.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

I had 2 crowns put in, one in my front tooth and one in my molar. The front tooth crown fell out 4 years later. After this issue arose I went for a second opinion and was told by a more high tech dentist that my molar was bad as well. I was told that it had been done incorrectly and there was large gap above it that food would get caught in and that it would rot out. My husband also went to Crosstown dental to have two cavities filled; both which cracked shortly after and had to be redone. All of my issues were brought to the attention of Crosstown Dental and were not resolved and were met with a very negative demenor and attitute. I am very unsatisfied and would not recommend using this provider. Three years later this has yet to be resolved.
