Excellent office staff. Very nice environment. Doctor was very patient with the children and answered all questions after an indepth explanation following a very thorough exam.

The most frustrating thing with this visit was waiting 2 hours to be seen by the doctor only 7 minutes. Poor appointment management and then the Dr visit felt rushed. Also, watch out for the extra $55 you have to pay for a refractive exam, even if your child doesn't seem to have a problem with their vision.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
