They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Over the year I have considered Dr. Ted a fantastic dentist and a really my best friend what else is there to say, Dr. Ted Johnson is one of the best friends I have had

Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
