My whole family moved to Dr. Johnson after our dentist retired. Worst move I have ever made!! It was a horrible experience. First, they got our Dental insurance completely screwed up and then were totally unapologetic. In fact, they acted like it was our fault. They filed the wrong tax ID for the state of Munnesota. I was on the phone for hours trying to get it straightened out. Ted is a nice enough guy, but his staff is incompetent. Including the lady who cleaned my teeth. Ted had me do a root canal then crowned it. It appears the root cracked during the procedure and that irritated Ted. I could go on ( it gets worse!!) . DO NOT GO TO THiS GUY... I hesitate to call him a Dentist. BTW... I have documentation to back up everything I have said.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert! No doubt best in town.

Dr. Ted's office is welcoming, well organized and clean. Dr. Ted and his staff have always made an effort to make me, my husband, and our children feel respected and cared for. One of the things I really appreciate is their realistic approach to dentistry - they're not going to pop open your mouth and look for every opportunity where they could make a buck working on your teeth. Instead, they'll present you with the information you need about recommended work and its associated fees and payment plans before they schedule any treatment. They are always polite and have a wonderful camraderie. My kids also enjoy going here to "get their teeth counted" and get prizes afterwards. Plus, there's a small room for kids to watch a video or play while Mom or Dad finish up their appointments.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did they follow up with you after your appointment?
Yes.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
