Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. After my appointment, I was looking forward to being able to choose my favorite toothpaste or toothbrushes to take home but instead I was handed a couple of samples and rushed out the door. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
