My previous dentist tended to postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here at Washington Square Dental Care. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I have never had a bad experience out of all the years At Dr. Howard's office. I have been going here since the 90's and have continued to receive the same great service, no long wait, and quality lasting dental work.

This is overall just a nice office. From the staff that greets you when you walk in to Dr. Melissa Smith. They are professional, make sure everything is going good when your in for a procedure, or just a cleaning. I am just comfortable going here.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
