One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There were barriers everywhere making it practically impossible to get in the front door. Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. The water they used to rinse my teeth during my cleaning was a little too cold. It was hard to sit through my entire procedure having cold water sprayed in my mouth every few minutes. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It was seriously harder than a rock. They need to invest in more comfortable chairs.
