I wouldn't recommend trent to anyone. I live in pain every single day to poor fitting dentures. I was pregnant and on medicade. This man took my impressions so I could be fitted for my dentures. Well that's all he did. I go through a tube of fixodent a week and have many sores in my mouth as well. This man is awful. Just because I am poor and on medicade doesn't mean that he should treat me as though I am below him. He still needed to finish the job. Its a shame he didn't and wouldn't take me back in to do so. This establishment doesn't have any concerns about there patients or how things are going like they try to pretend to do.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Not at all; cheap and plastic

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The entire staff is very, very helpful and professional. I feel what I need done, will be done at the highest level.
Recommend them above all other dentists in Springfield.
