The dentists are actually very good, to the point of exceptional. But if it's dentures you're looking for, go somewhere else. They remade the immediate dentures twice, and they still fitted poorly. I spent a year not being able to talk right or eat, and just looking funny. The dental techs didn't really pay any attention to my complaints. Finally, when I went in for alveoplasty, the tech raised cain with the denture maker (whatever you call him) about how poorly they fit. At that point, he made the permanent dentures, which fit much better but still aren't great. The prices are okay, and like I said, the dentists are great, but the dentures absolutely are the worst.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. I was hoping they would give me an invoice, and they eventually did, but it took a very long time. They definitely should have gotten it to me quicker.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home?
No, I didn't receive anything at all

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
