They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting. I also job shadowed here and he knew every single person by name and was very interested in how they were doing.

This dentist and his staff failed to contact our insurance company to see if a procedure was covered. They had our information they had my wife in a chair telling her it was covered, had they checked they would have known she wasn't covered for a deep cleaning for another few months. My wife was required to return weekly and each the staff was asked if the insurance paid as we couldn't afford to be paying out of our pocket and it wasn't like a medical necessity. After four weeks and almost a $1000.00 they inform my wife insurance denied the claim and all money was due. We tried to speak to the dentist and offered to pay half since we should have checked ourselves and so should his staff, he refused. Our lawyer tried to work out a settlement but he refused took us to court and won. Because the law states you can't receive services and those services not be paid for.
We contacted the other dentists in Fulton Mo. and surrounding cities ALL of the ones we talked too say they check the insurance BEFORE ANY procedure is done, to avoid this very problem, as were not the dentist and can't stop them in the middle of seeing us to call our insurance company to see if this is covered and that is covered. Try calling your insurance company the next time your at the doctors office to see if your weight being checked is covered. They'll love it. And for those who think I'm being a real @SS, it should be pointed out that he has been my wife's dentist for years and also my in-laws, so it's not like we were trying to beat him out of anything.
So if you go to this guy have your insurance company on speed dial or on the line or you too may have an out of pocket expense.
