I have seen Dr. Markus approximately 6 times. In all instances I waited AT LEAST 1 hour past my appointment time before they even took me back to an exam room. Time with the doc was rushed and inadequate -- 10-15 mins tops--that was even for an annual all over body check exam. Scheduling an appointment for an annual exam required scheduling 7 months in advance. Not able to get in much sooner for a particular concern. I see a different dermatologist now.

. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

If you enjoy waiting in cramped and crowed room, knee to knee with other patients, up to 1.5 hours past your appointment time, this is the dermatologist for you. I arrived to my annual check-up with a concise of questions. Once finally ushered to a room, Dr Marcus performed a full body exam. However, I had only addressed my second question before she was rushing out of the room to her next patient.
Following the check-up, the accounting office double billed for the service. My insurance paid in full, but a bill was also sent to my home which I promptly paid in full. The appointment date was July 2010. I have made over six phone calls to request a refund for the overpayment and none has been forwarded to date.
