Needing dental care unexpectedly while on vacation at Lake of the Ozarks, Dr. Massie and his professional team were very friendly and most caring....having broken off a tooth, from the initial call to their office to the end of my appointment all were very nice and took excellent and professional care of me. Premeir Dental - Dr. Ron Massie is the absolute best health care practice I have ever experienced. Dr. Ron and his team are professional, thorough and friendly. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to

Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
I had an extraction done and later that night around 9pm I received a call from the dentist himself to check on me to ask how I was feeling! I am amazed at the service. My husband and I are local business owners and we pride ourselves in providing good customer service, I've never been treated so well from any other business in our community, I am so pleased. I know the remaining portion of my dental care will go great and I look forward to finally having a dentist that I can count on. The entire staff was great and I asked a lot of questions.
