I always want records of my dental visits, so I asked them for an invoice. Instead of giving me one right away, they kept making excuses for why they couldn't give me one, and didn't end up giving me one for weeks. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe.
