Outstanding emergency service - crown came off the night before - it has been re-cemented to see if that will hold. Dr. Moore is very attentive and all the young ladies working there are long term and always highly professional at all times.

I despise Dr. Thompson. While trying to get Lumineers, his shaky hands broke them as he was putting them on me. TWICE!!! I had to wait 3 weeks each time. Then he never told me about the warranty for my vaneers, so it cost me $400 when I broke one. He didnt charge me his fees because I threw a fit. My lumineers have fallen off twice since then, twice in 5 years!!! This is unacceptable and he bonded it back once and told me if was a permanant fix. it fell off again two months later. He is the worst deniist ever. Its a shame he partners with Dr. Moore b/c he is actually quite nice and a good dentist. i will never ever ever step foot in that office again. It has been the biggest pain in my ass and has cost me way way too much time and money for something that was never done right in the first place.

Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
