The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
